Cynthia Capalbo Co-Owner and President, Cynthia Ward Capalbo, started cleaning homes in her hometown of Sag Harbor in 1993 to bring in extra money while earning her Bachelors' Degree in Business Management. After graduating she realized she didn't want to work for a big corporation and decided to put her energy into growing her small cleaning business. In 2000 as her business was growing she also gave birth to twins Haley and Christopher. It was during this period of change, both personally and professionally, that she became interested in finding alternative yet simple ways to treat illnesses and disease. She decided to go back to school and earned her Masters in Herbology. Through this endeavor she thought it would be smart business and personally rewarding to incorporate her knowledge into her growing business by offering organic cleaning products. While servicing all the homes – it was apparent that much more maintenance had to take place then the typical cleaning. She and her husband Chris decided to expand their business further by offering other services like House Watching and Handyman Projects thru their own personal knowledge and research. C's Home & Office Management now offers a broad array of services to maintain your home efficiently and effectively. During this period of growth there was also personal turmoil as both Cindy and Chris lost their mothers to pancreatic cancer. Cindy witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for her mother to maintain her own house during chemo. As a way of giving back to the community and offering help to those with cancer she partnered with Fighting Chance and Cleaning For A Reason to offer cancer patients free cleanings to help them while they recover. She also decided to join a nationally recognized cleaning organization, ARCSI (Association of Residential Cleaning Services International), to further expand her business and remain on the cutting edge of cleaning technology and customer service.  Cindy and her husband Chris reside in Sag Harbor with their two children.
Christopher Capalbo Co-Owner, Christopher Capalbo, helped build C's Home and Office Management. The company was able to diversify its services through Christopher's twenty five years of experience in property management. Christopher was raised in Poughquag New York and traveled West to Colorado where ranched for several years while honing his skills carpentry and management skills. He relocated back to the New York area to be closer to his family and met Cindy in 1999 while dining at a local restaurant. Since then they have merged their skills and talent into a business that has grow with each year.
Nicole Kuettner Quality Control and Scheduling Manager, Nicole Kuettner, was born and raised in Southampton and first joined C's Home and Office Management as a cleaning person in November 2002. After many years with the company she decided to take a short break to start a family with her fiancée Keith. She re-entered C’s Home and Office Management utilizing her years of cleaning experience to perform quality control checks, provide customer service and assess each phone call that comes into the office with finesse. Nicole also engages in weekly cleaning company webinars, attends trade shows, and is always on the cutting edge of technology for cleaning efficiency while using green products.
Emilie Bennett Office Manager, Emilie Bennett was raised in Sag Harbor and joined C's Home and Office Management in August of 2010. Emilie was a legal secretary for eight years before starting her family. She has spent the past 15 years raising her four children. Over the years she has donated her time and talents to different organizations, as well as serving on a few committees planning fundraising events. Emilie takes care of the office details: answering the phones, computer inputting, organizing and filing.
