No. As long as we have access, you don't need to be present. If you prefer to be home, that's fine too — just know our team works on a schedule.

C's uses Green Seal certified products. We prioritize non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions that are safe for families, children, and pets. If you'd like us to use a specific product, please have it available for our team.

No. We bring all equipment and cleaning supplies. We don't bring sponges between homes due to cross-contamination — if you want us to use a specific sponge or product, just have it ready.

Yes. C's is fully insured and bonded. Accidental breakages and falls are covered, and we carry workers' compensation. Your home is in responsible hands.

We guarantee our work 100%. If something wasn't done to your satisfaction, let us know and we'll send the crew back to address it at no cost. For your initial cleaning, we recommend a walkthrough so you can point out anything you'd like us to focus on.

We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Schedules are prepared two weeks in advance. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Full details are in our consent of policies.

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A credit card on file is required. Payment details are confirmed when you set up service.
