Maid service is typically the same staff member (or members) depending on the request of the client. It is usually more than 2 hours a week.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100 %. If any time you want to switch maids you just email us over and we will take care of any adjustments.
Depending on the number of hours you request, your maid will do what you request. If you would like each day to set up the same and follow a maintenance schedule or more in depth cleaning your maid will follow your guidelines.
Daily or twice weekly cleanings will include refresh of every room, prepping for guests, ironing, polishing, vacuuming, washing floors, disinfect common areas, refills of soaps, waters, and paper products.

Our staff is all bonded. Advantages C’s will pay the employee (s) directly and pay for all employee related insurances. We are in constant communication with all employees and most homeowners find it seamless and would prefer to have us do the middle and final work. You state the requests we confirm everything is done perfectly. We gage the best maid for you based on the initial meeting. We feel we can offer if the current maid is out sick and follow the same protocols that we have engaged with.
