Our Approach
Construction cleaning requires a process of removing as much dust as possible through equipment and supplies but it does take several steps to reach the level of clean that we strive for.With construction cleaning, we aim to start cleaning at the farthest point from the front door, and work up to down, in to out.
- All walls and doors hand wiped
- Trim and moldings hand wiped
- Inside all cabinets and closets hand wiped
- All floors vacuumed as many times as necessary to remove debris
- Floors mopped multiple times with microfibers (if applicable)
- Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, including inside cabinets
- All reachable light fixtures wiped down including switches

How long have you been in business?
C’s has been family-owned and serving Long Island’s East End since 1994 — 32 years and counting.
We do not provide these services, but they are both recommended prior to us coming in. We will refer you if you do not have these vendors already hired. We do ask to be the last people in the house before the opening as we like to make sure its perfect for your arrival.
We will usually request to see the house for construction cleanings as each contractor has different approaches and some have “pre -cleans” done which may eliminate time off the final job.
We guarantee our work 100%. If you are not satisfied we will send the crew back to your home to fix what was not done properly at no cost to you.
We need a 48-hour notice for cancellations or there will be a cancellation fee.
Please keep in mind that our schedules are prepared 2 weeks in advance.
