Initial House/Office Cleaning Appointments

We may recommend that a client book a deep cleaning for their first appointment. If a client refuses this suggestion we cannot guarantee that the first visit will be up to regular maintenance standards. Clients who choose to call in for appointments are subject to a two hour minimum. If you request a certain amount of hours over the two hour minimum, then your minimum is at the requested amount.

Payment

Is due at the time services are rendered. It is our policy to obtain credit card authorization for the initial cleaning. Additionally if you forget to leave payment for subsequent cleaning, the credit card will be billed. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks. All rates are subject to N.Y. state tax as required by law. A 20% monthly finance charge will be applied to all balances outstanding for 30 days or longer. Any delinquent accounts handed over for collections are subject to applicable legal fees. No refunds, only credit, will be given.

Appointment Cancellations

It is our policy to require 24 hours for cancellation. You must call by 9:00AM the day before your scheduled appointment or call for Monday appointments by the previous Friday at 9:00AM, or you will be charged the full cost of the cleaning plus tax.

Non Entry Policy

If we do not have a key to your home/office it is your responsibility to make arrangements for the house/office to be open and accessible. If on your scheduled cleaning day, we are unable to get in to the premises due to a failure to leave a key, hazardous conditions in your driveway including ice and snow, no one is there to let our crew in, change of alarm code, or for any reason beyond our control you will be billed 50% of your original cleaning charge; not exceeding $200. This is to cover travel expenses for the crew arriving at your home/office.

Force Majeure

C’s Home & Office Management is not responsible for delays and cancellations due to inclement weather. Snow or bad weather can cause radical scheduling changes for the safety of our crews; we provide as much notice as possible. In most cases your cancelled appointment will be rescheduled within 1-2 days of the original appointment. Please take the time to clear a path for staff to get to your home. If they cannot safely get in your home there will be a lock out charge.

Non Solicitation of Employees

All of our employees and/or sub contractors have signed a non-compete agreement with our company. They are prohibited from soliciting our clients on their own behalf or on behalf of any third party during their employment for C’s Home & Office Management and for a period of two years following termination. Client agrees to not solicit services from our employees/subcontractors outside of the services of C’s Home & Office Management. Should client wish to employ of use any services of any C’s Home & Office Management employees without express written permission in advance from the company, you agree to pay C’s Home & Office Management a $4,000.00 placement fee.

Under no circumstances should the client ask for staffs cell number nor should the staff member ask for the clients number. All communication should go thru the office via email or phone call.

If any cleaning instructions need to be passed onto staff it needs to be submitted 48 hours in advance as staff starts as early as 5 am. Anything after 48 may not be added to work order and therefore may not be completed.

I agree with these policies as listed above. I have supplied my credit card information to C’s Home & Office Management directly in conjunction with the non entry, cancellation, and payment policies. I am fully aware that if I violate the cancellation, non entry, or payment policies my credit card would be charge and I consent to this.

By agreeing to this consent of policies I am agreeing to advising C’s Home Management, Inc. if any of house occupants have been exposed or treated for the COVID-19 virus prior to cleaning. Our priority is to keep our families and staff protected at all times. We appreciate your cooperation.
