It’s All About Holiday Gratitude
Showing a Little Holiday Gratitude Goes a Long Way…
This is the time of the year where everyone reflects on what they are grateful for. Nothing is more fulfilling than receiving a compliment or tip for the hard work you have done all year long.
Here is a list of people who shouldn’t be skipped over on your gratitude list this year:
The postmaster who gets to my mailbox whether its raining, snowing, or scorching.
The hair stylist who takes care of your hair all year long.
The grocery delivery person that delivers your food each with with care.
The water company that delivers your water for your family.
The cleaning company that takes care of your home so you have more free time.
The gas attendant who fills your car so you don’t have to stand outside in the cold.
The teacher who instills knowledge in your children all day.
The person who makes your lunch because you didn’t have time to make it this morning.
In a way all of these people take care of you and your family. They take on the day to day tasks that you don’t have time to. There are little conveniences that you may take for granted each day without even realizing it. Be more aware of the little things, they are what matter.
You can never show too much gratitude
It never hurts to share a kind thought with another person.
If someone looks exceptionally nice; let them know.
Never underestimate the power of leaving a little note for a loved one to find.
Do something nice even if its just bringing someone a warm cup of tea when they are not feeling well.
Say ‘have a nice day’ to a stranger because you never know what is going on in their life.
Tell someone that you love them.
